Sitting in a tree
Staring at the sunflower from a far
Wishing upon a shooting star
He could have plucked that flower
A long time ago
But she was so strongly
Rooted into the ground
That he had to let her grow
That was her piece of ground
She must stand steady and tall
With the sun leading her day by day
And the moon keeping her from the fall
He climbed off every night
To water her leaves and hug her tight
The flower had enough to drink
Enough sunlight
Enough love
So she grew a little taller
And bloomed into a golden flower
With leaves so big and true
All of man kind
Could see it too
To have enough patience
And to be always kind
Will attract the right kind of person
To not make you go blind
Love it . . 😚
